Barbara Braham Ph.D., MCC, is an Executive Coach and OD consultant who has worked with leaders in not-for-profits, government, associations and corporations for more than two decades. A member of the International Coach Federation, she has earned their highest designation, Master Certified Coach. 

She uses a variety of assessment tools in her work including the Maturity Assessment Profile (MAP), and The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP) 360. She has been coaching in the Notre Dame Executive Integral Leadership Program since 2004 in collaboration with The Leadership Circle. She also serves on the faculty of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Certificate program where she teaches a class on stages of development and coaching.

Since 2005 Barbara has been studying stages of adult development theory with a focus on its application to coaching. She is certified by Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter to both score and debrief the MAP assessment. Barbara is currently engaged in a research project investigating what supports postconventional stages of development.
