German born Thomas Binder integrates two different professions in his work: bridging two worlds with his degrees in business administration and psychology. His training extends to organizational development, systemic consulting and mediation. He has worked as organizational consultant, coach, and supervisor and in leadership development since 1995. For more than 20 years, starting with his project engagement at the Max-Planck-Institute for Human Development in Berlin, his fascination for adult development has continued to grow.
Working with his extensive knowledge and experience of the ego development model, in coaching and leadership development, he also trains professionals in adult development and its application, particularly business coaches. He publishes, continues to research on ego development and inspires people with his depth of knowledge, helping others to better understand and expand their own action logics.
