born Thomas Binder integrates two different professions in his work:
bridging two worlds with his degrees in business administration and
psychology. His training extends to organizational development, systemic
consulting and mediation. He has worked as organizational consultant, coach,
and supervisor and in leadership development since 1995. For more than 20
years, starting with his project engagement at the Max-Planck-Institute for
Human Development in Berlin, his fascination for adult development has
continued to grow.
